Chair Yoga is an adaptive yoga practice focused on building strength, stamina, balance and flexibility. Postures are adapted using the Lakshmi Voelker Chair Yoga Method. Focusing on proper alignment, this method offers levels of flexibility accessible to anyone. Participants are invited to choose the level that best challenges their individual body. Classes will include mindful moments, breath work, and plenty of movement!
Participants may attend all sessions or choose individual sessions that work best. Dress in comfortable clothing that allows room for movement.
