I enjoy sharing my love of mindfulness and yoga with groups of all sizes. Having spent many years in business management, I understand the importance of stress reduction. I believe that educating others on mental and physical wellness has a ripple effect. The peace one finds through mindfulness is passed to those they encounter through authentic engagement, empathetic encouragement, and kind words.
